Boulder Media House is looking for a Post Production Intern! Join our team and show off your creativity as you work in multiple areas of the post production process. You will exercise your multitasking abilities as you assist in developing ideas, general post production tasks, and by performing any task required, whether it is pulling selects, conducting research or running errands. You will also have the chance to PA on set throughout the semester. 

You will have the opportunity to build relationships in the industry while also having an amazing experience as part of our production staff. 

All interns will partake in a curriculum where they will learn all the aspects of a production company. Although, as a post production intern, you will mainly focus on post-production tasks, you will also learn the basics of pre-production and production – among other topics.

Must be able to work in both Denver, CO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pulling selects and prepping project files
• Ingesting/organizing footage
• Sequencing footage
• Research relevant editing/post trends
• Occasional runs
• Provide assistance as needed in all components of production, including pre-production
• Perform duties as requested

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university with ability to receive credit
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proficient in Google Drive
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Be a team player, forward-thinking, and attentive to detail for quality assurance of content
• Be motivated and eager to bring your talents to the next level with a creative and positive mentality
• Desire to learn! 

Preferred:

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Previous video production experience

This internship is for school credit only, however we will provide a stipend to cover cost of travel to and from our office, as well as opportunities for paid experiences on-set throughout the semester.
